Zucchini Relish

Our unique preparation sets our zucchini relish apart from any other. Fresh zucchini are shredded, then combined with a dash of salt, vinegar, pure sugar and whole spices with a touch of diced red bell peppers for color. The unique texture gives sandwiches a friendly lift or can be incorporated in meat, poultry, fish, egg or potato salads.
