Rhubarb - Strawberry Preserves

Our preserves are equal parts of sliced strawberries and sliced rhubarb so could easily be called strawberry rhubarb preserves. Either way, it's a winning combination of sweet and tart. Pure sugar and pectin make it a truly popular preserve.
