Pumpkin Butter

Mason County, IL grows the best pumpkin pie pumpkins so naturally we use the best for our pumpkin butter.  Sweetened with dark brown sugar, and flavored with the right mix of spices and a hint of orange juice.  It's wonderful on biscuits and toast!
