Gooseberry Preserves

Whole gooseberries combined with pure sugar and pectin for a sweet/tart spread.  Did you know that gooseberries turn from light green to pink when ripe and fully cooked? Our gooseberry preserves will not be green.  Ripe and full of flavor!
