Elderberry Jelly

Elderberries were named herb of the year by the National Herb Association and no wonder.  They are rich in antioxidants as well as flavor.  It takes thousands of little berries to make a few jars of jelly, but the taste is worth the work.  Our elderberries are combined with pure sugar, pectin and citric acid for your enjoyment.
