Corn Relish

True old fashioned corn relish, made in small batches with a recipe handed down through the family. Whole kernel yellow sweet corn, diced red and green bell peppers and onions, combined with vinegar, pure sugar and whole spices. Serve as a garnish or as the main vegetable.
