This Kathy's Kitchen favorite will become a favorite in your kitchen! It's a down home meal and so easy!
1/3 cup Vidalia Onion Relish
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
Spread your mixture on pork loin in a large roasting pan. Add peeled potatoes, sweet potatoes, and carrots around the loin. Salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 cups of water. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350˚ F for 2 hours.
Remove from oven and place roast and vegetables on platter. Use the drippings in pan for a sumptuous gravy.
